Information used

Account functions use your email address, authentication credentials managed by the authentication provider, account identifier, display name and profile preferences. Saved analyses and watchlists may be associated with your account. Personal team, competition, market and daily-bookmark preferences are stored in this browser separately for each account, and are not synchronized to other devices. Browser storage also retains sessions, onboarding choices and interface preferences. Hosting and authentication services process connection and security information, such as IP addresses, when you use the application. Preview error reporting may include error messages, page paths and stack traces.

Purposes and legal bases

Account and saved-data processing supports the service you request. Security and error diagnostics support the legitimate interest of keeping the application reliable and protecting accounts. Support processes information you choose to provide to answer your request. Where a legal obligation requires record retention, that obligation applies. Do not include sensitive personal information in saved notes or support messages.

Service providers

The application uses Supabase for authentication and database functions and Lovable for hosting and development previews. Logo assets and Google Fonts may be requested from external hosts, which receive connection information. Stripe processes subscription payment details; NOVEXA's billing ledger stores subscription and customer identifiers, status and access periods, rather than full payment card details. NOVEXA does not store full card numbers or security codes.

Online withdrawal requests store your account identifier, email, name, contract reference, receipt number, submission time and processing status so that the operator can handle your request and keep a record of consumer-rights correspondence. You can download the receipt from Support and include these records in your account export.

These providers may process information outside your country. Contact the operator for information about the safeguards and provider arrangements applicable to your data.

Storage and retention

Account and saved content remain stored while needed for your requested account or until an applicable deletion request is handled. Necessary security or legally required records may be retained separately. Removing browser storage clears local preferences but does not delete server records. Hosting-log and backup retention depend on the deployed providers under their applicable service arrangements. Contact the operator about a specific retention or deletion request.

Your choices and rights

Signed-in users can download a JSON copy of their account data from Profile → Download my data. Contact support to request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data where applicable, or to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection or your competent supervisory authority. Mandatory account fields are needed to provide account functions. Football probability calculations do not make decisions about your eligibility for employment, credit or similar services.
