Withdraw from contract online
Submit a statement withdrawing from your Premium purchase. This is separate from stopping the next renewal. No reason is required. You receive a receipt and copy; support processes any applicable refund.
You may also withdraw by email: kostovdobromir@gmail.com. Online statements are recorded in your account; no automatic email is sent.

Account deletion and data requests
Request account deletion or request a copy or correction of your data from the email associated with your account. Support may need to verify account ownership. Opening the email link does not submit or complete deletion. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate requests; include both if needed.
You can also copy the email address into your email app if a link does not open.
Analysis availability
Models are experimental. Stored fixtures may be historical; each analysis depends on its data and observation times. UNAVAILABLE and NO BET mean the required evidence is missing. Demo examples are not real selections or a performance record.
Subscriptions
Premium costs €9.99 per month and renews monthly until cancelled. Open Profile → Plan details → Manage subscription and cancellation to manage billing. If you cannot open the billing portal, contact support from your account email. A checkout return alone does not prove payment or Premium activation. Contact support for any access or billing discrepancy.
To request withdrawal or a refund under your applicable consumer rights, email support with your account email, purchase date and request. Do not send card details. Cancelling renewal, requesting a refund and deleting an account are separate actions.
