Current service

NOVEXA is an experimental football analysis application operated by Dobromir Kostov, Plovdiv, Bulgaria. It is intended for adults aged 18 or over. Free analyses are public; Premium access is available by monthly subscription when an upcoming edition is available. Contact kostovdobromir@gmail.com for support.

Experimental analysis

Model probabilities, fair odds and expected value are informational calculations. Accuracy and profitability have not been independently established for a customer release. No winning outcome, daily selection count or profit is promised. Historical records, incomplete inputs and demo examples must not be treated as current verified recommendations. NO BET and UNAVAILABLE identify missing evidence.

Responsible use

NOVEXA does not accept or place bets. You are responsible for your own decisions and for following applicable local rules. Do not use calculations as a guarantee or risk money you cannot afford to lose. Keep account credentials private; do not bypass access controls, disrupt the service or misuse another person's data.

Premium subscription and cancellation

Premium is €9.99 per month, billed through Stripe and renewed monthly until cancelled. Review the final total and billing interval in checkout before paying. Access activates after payment and subscription status are confirmed by Stripe; a checkout return alone does not activate access. Manage renewal and cancellation in Profile → Plan details → Manage subscription and cancellation. Cancellation stops future renewals; access follows the paid period shown in your billing portal. If the portal is unavailable, email support from your account address. Deleting an account does not itself cancel billing.

Daily editorial targets are 3 Free matches and 5 additional Premium matches with 2–3 supported forecasts per match. Actual availability is displayed before checkout. Matches may be postponed, and evidence gaps may reduce coverage. Premium does not include guaranteed wins, earnings or independently validated statistical probabilities.

Withdrawal, refunds and complaints

Applicable statutory consumer rights, including the right to withdraw from a distance service contract within 14 days where applicable, remain unaffected. These terms do not ask you to waive that right. To exercise withdrawal or report a service or billing problem, use the online withdrawal form on Support, or email kostovdobromir@gmail.com with your account email, purchase date and a clear statement of your request. Never include card details or passwords. Cancellation of renewal and withdrawal from a purchase are separate requests. Refunds due under applicable law are handled through the original payment method.

Account and availability

Features and available records may change as the experimental service develops. Support handles account and data requests through the published contact address. Cancelling a subscription and requesting account deletion are separate actions. Your applicable statutory rights are unaffected by these terms.
